Our Refund & Exchange Policy

 If you are unhappy for any reason with an item you have purchased via our online treasure chest we will gladly:

• exchange it for something else.
• provide you with a full refund.
• or alternatively offer to repair the item for you if it is no longer in stock.

Your happiness is paramount, so please take the time to familiarise yourself with our refund & exchange terms & conditions below:

• All items must be in new & unused condition, with all tags attached.
• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange earrings unless they have a manufacturing fault.

In the unfortunate instance you are returning an item due to a manufacturing fault we ask that you firstly email returns@tilkah.com.au to receive a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and then quote this number when returning the item together with a proof of purchase document.

Returns / Exchanges

All returns / exchanges must be sent with the completed return / exchange form and enclosed in an appropriate shipping box or satchel. Please ensure that you affix our Return / Exchange label and send it by an insured service. Unfortunately, sale items may not be returned and are non refundable unless deemed faulty.

All returns / exchanges must be sent to the following address:

In the unfortunate instance that an accessory no longer in stock has been found to have a manufacturing fault we will also refund the postage back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.

tilkah.com.au is not responsible for any accessories that are not returned in new, unused & unworn condition with all tags attached. We do not sell pre-worn accessories and will not accept the return of any item which is considered used.

Please note: If we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss proceedings. tilkah.com.au reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only Items which tilkah.com.au can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange, so that they have reached our returns department within the time frame outlined above (unless otherwise organized). tilkah.com.au will not accept returns or exchange goods for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or with tags removed.

A refund or exchange will not be issued for items which fail to meet our standards set forth above.

Unfortunately, purchases made via our online treasure chest may not be returned to our beautiful boutiques.
