DeliveryAt tilkah.com.au we make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly, safely and in the most cost effective way possible. We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours however we do ask for your patience during busy periods.
Your order will be packed and dispatched, provided:
• The item you have chosen is in stock.
• The delivery address has been verified.
• Payment has been approved.
Domestic orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses.
When arranging your package to be delivered, in the checkout section you will be given the option of "Signature Required" or "No Signature Required" (NSR).
We only recommend that you select the "Signature Required" delivery option in the event that you are certain someone will be at your nominated residential or business delivery address to sign for the package between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
Please note, in the event you choose the "No Signature Required" or "NSR" option, it is customary for our dispatch company (Toll IPEC) to leave a notification card with their contact information if the driver believes the unattended delivery address is not secure enough to leave the parcel. However this may not always be the case so tilkah.com.au cannot take responsibility if a notification card is not left in any instance.
tilkah with love vouchers are delivered via the Australia Post Express Post network within Australia. No signature on receipt is required.
Within Australia we use Toll IPEC couriers for all parcel deliveries.
Delivery times are between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
Most orders in Australia will arrive in 2-7 working days.
Loss or damage is very rare. When it does happen the order is replaced at our expense. All that we ask is that you keep the damaged item/s and packaging and either mark it "return to sender" or take them to your nearest post office. For further instructions contact us.
Within Australia we will be offering tilkah online customers free shipping for all parcel deliveries over $100.
For orders under $50AUD we reserve the right to use the Australia Post Registered Post Service.
Free shipping for orders over $100 only applies to website / online purchases & does not apply to purchases made at any of our boutiques.
For all international parcel deliveries we use Toll Priority couriers. Price varies depending on country.
We regularly ship all over the world. Depending on your location, international delivery takes between 7-21 working days. A signature is required upon receipt.
New Zealand orders will arrive within 5-10 working days.
Please note: tilkah.com.au is unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You will be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country. They will accurately calculate the total amount of customs and sales tax which is to be paid before you may receive your goods.
Orders delivered outside Australia are exempt from 10% GST.The order total will be re-calculated during checkout, once your delivery address is entered.
