We source our leathers from all over the world to find the most suitable leather for each specific product. We highly recommend you spray your new tilkah leather products with a quality leather protector & continue to condition it with a leather cream. Do not condition or moisturise metallic leather.
Avoid getting moisture on any metal hard wear, including the zips, embellishments & buckles. Our leather is intended to develop a vintage look with wear. Be aware that lighter coloured leather mark easily, so extra care should be taken. We take every caution to colour fast our leathers, however, different factors when wearing could affect this, so we strongly advise to condition & show extra care for your leather product.
All non-leather or PVC products are very easily cared for. As PVU (Polyurethane) is a non porous material, it does not need to be conditioned. To clean, simply wipe surface with a damp cloth.
Always store your tilkah jewellery in the tilkah pouch or box you received it in. Keep all jewellery products away from perfume, moisturiser or hairspray. Pieces may be delicate so care should be taken when wearing & storing. Damage from careless wear/storage is not the responsibility of tilkah.
