Absolutely. If you would rather place your order via telephone or fax, you can. Orders placed online, however, receive priority.
If you would like to place an order by telephone, please contact our office on +61 3 9681 9414 between 9.00am and 5.00pm AEST.
We only accept Visa and MasterCard.
If you do not wish to use you credit card online you can use our direct debit facilities; contact our office via telephone and give your details directly to our representative; or alternatively, send your card details via fax to +61 3 9681 7981.

When you are asked for your credit card details, you will notice that the URL prefix (located in your address bar) will change from the standard http:// to the secure https://.

Should you still be weary about submitting credit card information via the internet, for your convenience Tilkah also offers you the choice of submitting your payment details via either:

Please ensure that you have your reference number on hand (this is the number generated at the top of the order page and quoted to you again in confirmation emails).
No, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. All deliveries must be accepted in person and signed for.
Upon placing an order you will receive an automated copy of your order and, once your order has been fully processed you will receive a personalised email indicating that your item will be with you shortly.

At tilkah.com.au we make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly, safely and in the most cost effective way possible. We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours however we do ask for your patience during busy periods.
Your order will be packed and dispatched, provided:
• The item you have chosen is in stock.
• The delivery address has been verified.
• Payment has been approved.
Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses, however all deliveries will require a signature on receipt of delivery. It is customary for the dispatch company we use to leave a notification card with their contact information if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, however this may not always be the case. tilkah.com.au cannot take responsibility if a notification card is not left in any instance.
Every effort is made to ensure an item’s availability is accurately displayed, however, due to our “one of a kind” philosophy; there may be occasions when this information is not 100% correct and an ordered item may have sold out.
Once your package has been received at tilkah.com.au, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from tilkah.com.au.
You are free to return or exchange any item for any reason so long as you do so within 10 days of the date of delivery and the item is in new, un-worn & un-used condition with all tags attached.
